Kostantinos "Gus" Alexandrou
passed away October 30, 2019 at 81 years of age.
Family was everything to Gus.
He was a loving husband for 56 years to his wife, Debra,
loving father to Angela Cobb and Demetrios Alexandrou (Deborah - wife),
amazing grandfather to Brittany Cobb & Mia Alexandrou,
great grandfather to Zario.
Loving son to Angie Alexandrou and the deceased Demetrios Alexandrou,
and brother to Stella Stathakios (Rev. James - husband) ,
Rev. John Alexandrou (Toula - wife), and Sylvia Kalkanis.
Loving Uncle to many.
Gus was known for his amazing culinary skills.
He came to America from Greece in 1955,
he received his culinary degree from the Statler Hotel in Cleveland.
Gus was the co-owner of The Spanish Tavern, The Lobster and Pheasant and The Lobster Tavern.
He was the owner of The Boston Villa, The Lobster Kettle, Constantine's and Alexandrou Catering.
Gus trained many chefs through the years who went on
to open up restaurants of their own throughout Northeast Ohio and Florida.
Gus was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

All funeral services will be held
Monday November 4th, 11am
at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church 22909 Center Ridge Rd. Rocky River,
Reverend Father Andrew Lentz officiating.
Family will receive friends
Sunday November 3, from 3-5pm at
Bush Funeral Home 21369 Center Ridge Rd. Fairview Park,
Trisagon at 4:30pm.
Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
